Shirin Kanji is the Chief Investment Officer for Impact Properties which encompasses launching new operating business units and overseeing a diverse portfolio of public and private investments made on behalf of the company and family. Mr. Kanji serves as the President for the Retail and Home Services operating companies that he launched in 2015 and 2021 respectively. Mr. Kanji is a member of the YPO Southern Sands chapter and part of the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2010. Mr. Kanji holds a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from NYU SCPS Real Estate Institute. He also part of the NYU Alumni Advisory Board for the West Coast of Florida chapter and the NYU Alumni Mentor Network.
